Description
OrderArmor protects your order if it is lost, or damaged. To ensure fair claims handling, the following rules apply:
Lost: Only covered if the carrier confirms non-delivery. Delays (customs, weather, inspections) are not considered lost.
Damaged: Must report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Exclusions: Wrong addresses entered by the customer, unclaimed packages, or refusal of delivery are not covered.
Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.
